How to become enlightened

The past 10+ years I have been on this endless search for happiness and fulfillment. I've gone deep down the rabbit hole searching for spiritual enlightenment. After investing over 40K trying pretty much every kind of tool, method, strategy, psychology principle, therapy, self love practice, awareness practice, subconscious mind technique, working with a zen monk, career coaches, mindset coaches, nutritionists, experimenting with different psychedelics to confront my inner demons, on and on and on I've come to realize the only problem is............

THERE IS NO PROBLEM.

It's a big cosmic joke.

Our whole society and mass media has us learn... 

YOUR NOT OK THE WAY YOU ARE, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. HERE'S WHAT TO DO!

Depressed? theres something wrong with that!, take a pill, go to a therapist. No Therapy's for whimps so you should hide and suppress those feelings. Your crying? Man up pussy! Walk it off, rub some dirt on it, big boys don't cry. 

Stressed? It's ok, have a beer, take a vacation, take a pill, binge on some ice cream, binge out on a realty TV marathon. No it's bad to suppress your feelings with alcohol, food and TV, you need to see a therapist and take medication.

Can you start to see how we live in this world of mind fucking, conflicting beliefs? 

Constantly worrying? YOU have social anxiety, take a pill, see a therapist, read this book, listen to this podcast, watch this youtube video. It's not ok to feel anxiety, so suppress that feeling, take some more pills, go to more therapy and drink some more alcohol. No that's terrible advice don't do that. 

Can't focus? You have adhd, read this book, listen to this podcast, watch this youtube video, take this course, here are all the things your not good at and how you will always be.

Whatever you do, don't pay attention to your feelings, do all these things that take up your time, attention and money but don't let you realize YOU ARE OK THE WAY YOU ARE and get on with your life.

The most powerful thing Ive' realized through self love, acceptance and gratitude is that EVERYTHING IS OK. I'm am perfect just the way I am. Even with my anxiety and all. Actually everything is great! Could it be even better? Sure, but getting or achieving that thing is not going to make me ok.

To find out for yourself and not take someones word for it, sometimes you have to go around all the hoops to come back to the truth. That YOU ARE OK, EVERYTHING WILL BE OK, AND ALWAYS WILL BE OK.

It's the circle of life.

It's all bullshit that anyone is better than anyone else, we are all equal. We all have stress, worry, sadness, fear, anger. It's just all part of being human and there is nothing wrong with that. The sooner we realize that and accept every part of ourselves the sooner we will come back to the innate mental health that we were born with before all the learned conditioning.

I don't care if you believe me. Go ahead a spend more years and thousands of dollars to realize the truth.

If you care for my advice, just say FUCK IT to all those things you label as a problem that don't really matter and focus on what does matter to you.

Anxiety - accept it, welcome it, love it, know that you are perfect just the way you are and say FUCK IT and get on with life.

Fear - accept it, welcome it, love it, know that you are perfect just the way you are and say FUCK IT and get on with life.

Sadness - accept it, welcome it, love it, know that you are perfect just the way you are and say FUCK IT and get on with life.

Hurt - accept it, welcome it, love it, know that you are perfect just the way you are and say FUCK IT and get on with life.

Life's to short to have all these "problems" that are only manufactured by society stopping you from living the life you were meant to live.

Are you ready to release all this pain a suffering and be done with it once and for all?
