The parts of ourselves

I’ve come to realize that there are a few parts of ourselves that need to be healed relentlessly again and again in order to eliminate our suffering.

The part of us that doesn’t feel loved and accepted - self love

The part of us that always wants more, nothing ever seems good enough - gratitude

The part of us that wants to impulsively react to every thought and situation. - meditation

The part of us that doesn’t feel understood. - self mentoring

The part of us that is scared - awareness practice and self love

Perhaps theres more but when I give myself these things, life is peaceful.
